My Quest For An Email Address

This past weekend I set up an auto responder account through AWeber Communications. During the set up process under their List Options tab, it recommended that I do not use a free email address such @gmail, @aol, @yahoo, etc so that when someone opts in for my email mailing list, the will see an email address with the name of my business I'm with instead of a general free email. Even though one of those free address can work just fine, it's just their recommendation that they're not used.

Even though I didn't have an email address for the company I'm working through I went ahead and set it up with my free @gmail account. The set up was very easy to do and follow and I had it going in no time at all. But I kept thinking that what they are suggesting made sense. If I got emails from a business I'd rather see the name of the business in the email rather than seeing one of those free email addresses.

So I went online and did a Google search on how to buy email addresses. I came across a YouTube video tutorial on how to set up an email with your domain name through Host Gator. After watching the short video in its entirety it didn't take me long to decide to give them a try.

Through Host Gator you can have your email address set up in a snap. The first thing I had to do was to create a unique domain name that include the name of the company I'm working through. Once I found an available domain name and paid for it, the next step was to pay Host Gator to host it. I chose the right hosting package to suit my budget, paid and now I was ready to create my new email address.

The Creation Of The Email Address Was Fun & Simple

Creating the email address didn't take long at all. I only had to add my first and last name (although you can choose whatever) and place it in front of my newly created domain name and wah-lah, there you have it, a new email address.

Not long after everything was done, I added it to my AWeber account. Now those who opt in to receive emails from me will see my name and the business I'm associated with. It just looks better that way.
So if you're in the same situation such as I was in, I suggest giving Host Gator a look over.

To Make It Takes Sacrifice

Are You Willing To Sacrifice The Things You Love To Make It?

How bad do you really want it? Are you willing to do what it takes to get it? Do the meaningless things you love to do everyday far exceed the desire to reach your goal(s), whatever it may be? And are you willing to give up those meaningless things in your life that are holding you back from making yours dreams become reality?

These are some of the questions you should ask yourself when setting yourself on that journey to get what you desire. And you have to be willing to sacrifice those meaningless things in your life if you truly want to make it.

A lot of people say they want this or that but aren't willing to sacrifice anything to get it. Some simply sit back and ponder why others are making it and they're not. What don't realize is that it's not the case of others being smarter or more talented than they are, it's because the ones that are ahead of them changed their lives in order to be in the position where they are at. Anyone can do it. It takes focus, dedication and sacrifice.

If you want it bad enough you have to be willing to sacrifice simple things most people do on a routine basis such as watching TV, hanging out with friends or family, taking on the phone, etc. One person put it so nicely when he said "If You Are Going to Be Successful You Have to Be Willing to Give up Sleep, Because If You Go to Sleep You Might Miss Out On the Opportunity to Become Successful."

Sacrifice

Yes it takes sacrifice but the reward is definitely worth the effort. Do you really want to make it?

Happy Fathers Day!

Wishing A Blessed Happy Fathers Day To All!

For this blog I simply wanted to express my feelings of having a strong, loving father in the household means to me. As with Mothers Day, feelings like this should be expressed more often and not simply because it's Fathers Day.

If I'm certain about anything, I'm certainly happy to be have brought up in a home with warm loving father. Unfortunately there are far too many individuals out there that can't say the same.
Many of them were raised with their taking on the responsibilities of both, having to be mother and father. I do applaud every mother who has stepped up to the plate and taken on that challenge. It's a huge task and God bless you all for everything that you do.

Although a woman, to a certain point, can show a boy how to become a man, it's just not quite the same as a dedicated father taking that task. Whether it being him having a sit down with you giving you strong advise or him just being present watching him in action taking on the leadership role.

One of the biggest things I remember my father doing when I was a young boy was coming home from a hard day at work and stay busy doing something. He didn't get home from work and just sit on the couch with his feet on the coffee table, wait for my mother to cook dinner while watching a football or baseball game. That man came home from work and worked. He either took me outside and showed me how to work on the car, work on stuff around the house or even work in the yard. It didn't matter, the man stayed busy!

Even at a very young age I wasn't afraid of hard work. I always had the hustler's mentality. But seeing my father in action took it to a whole new level. I'm really thankful to have had the strong upbringing that I've had.

My father was sent from heaven as a blessing from God.

Make This Fathers Day A Special One

In closing I just wanted to wish everyone a happy, blessed Fathers Day! Enjoy it with your loved one(s) and let him know that you truly appreciate all he's done. Let him know you're happy that he is in your life and your life would not have been the same without him.

Do this today and forever. Life is too short and thing can dramatically change in the blink of an eye. Do it while you can!

My Belief In Superb Customer Service

Having Superb Customer Service Is Key To The Longevity Of Staying In Business

Aaron's Mobile Detailing has been in business for approximately 5 1/2 years now and looking forward to having many more prosperous years. My primary objective when starting the business was to provide my customers with high-end professional automotive detailing service along with the best customer service as possible. It is my belief that if you provide your customers with a great product or service along with superb customer service, you'll have that customer for years. Retention is what it's all about.

Providing customers with superb service goes a long way. Not only will they continue to patronize your business, they will definitely tell others about you. No matter what type of business you may be running, it's imperative that you take the necessary steps to listen to your customer's needs and do what it takes to provide them what they are looking for. Don't just give them what you want in order to close a deal. Pump the breaks and take a moment to listen to them. If you do, they will see that you truly care and not out just to get money from them. Listening goes a long way!

My Advice Regarding Customer Service

I haven't been in business for ten to twenty years and I'm no expert on the customer service advice I just gave but all I can say is that "It's Working For Me."

People Are Ripping Kim Kardashian on Her Weight Gain

I've heard and read some crazy things in my life that sent me on a loop but hearing of the news that people are actually ripping the famous celebrity star Kim Kardashian because of her weight gain blows me away!
So with this blog I wanted to take a moment and share with you my thoughts on the negative press Ms. Kim Kardashian has been getting for some time now.

As we all know by now Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her first child by rapper Kanye West.

For some time now Kim Kardashian has come under fire by the media/gossip regarding her weight gain.

To me; that simply doesn't make sense. The woman is pregnant! What did you think was going to happen? Did you think she was going to keep that stunning hourglass figure throughout the pregnancy then push out a pebble?

I don't get it. There's a lot more things going on in the news to write about instead of pounding on a public figure temporarily not looking as you are used to seeing them.

And so what she still dresses sexy-fashionable. It's her life and she can dress as she pleases; pregnant or not.

I know celebrity news-gossip is big business but for this you should talk about the beauty of her pregnancy and wish the two of them blessing for their future.

Kim Kardashian Still Gorgeous While She's Pregnant

Pregnant women have that special-beautiful glow about them that I've always liked. Kim Kardashian is no exception.

She still looks hot-sexy even with all the weight. She's beautiful.

I definitely wouldn't throw her out of bed for eating crackers!

At Aaron's Mobile Detailing you have the ability to choose from many add-on options on top of my mini detail or complete detail packages. Most car detailing packages consist of the same steps (wax, shampoo, leather cleaning & conditioning, etc) but there are other steps that can be taken to enhance the beauty of your while protecting it at the same time. Properly performed these add-on options will make a huge difference in the outcome of the detail.

Here's a list of add-on options you can get from Aaron's Mobile Detailing:

• Headlight Restoration: Restores foggy, yellowed headlights to new like conditions.
• Rim polishing & Protection: Removes caked on brake dust, dirt & grime on the outer rim surface. Two coats of rim wax applied to help prevent future build up.
• Engine Cleaning: Loosens oil & dirt/grime from engine & engine bay.
• Hard Water Spot Removal: Dissolves/Removes spots caused by sprinklers-rain from glass & paint.
• Windshield Polish & Protection: Removes haze, road grime, water spots, light scratches and insects allowing for better visibility.
• Paint Correction: Removes swirl marks & light scratches.

Not all car detailing businesses offer these services or have been properly trained to do so.

Car Detailing

Most consumers simply aren't aware of the previously  mentioned add-on options. Most people only know the basic car detailing options such as wax, polish or even clay (in some cases). There are differences between some car detailing options that you should be aware of. Here are just two:

• Polish: All you are getting with polish is light to medium oxidation removal, exfoliating the paint in order to remove environmental contaminants bringing back that beautiful high gloss luster your vehicle once had and depending on the polish the removal of light swirl marks and scuffs.
• Paint Correction (Swirl Mark Removal): This process is called compounding. This process can be performed anywhere from 1-4 steps (depending on the product and the severity of the paint damage).

So remember, when you hire someone to polish your vehicle it doesn't mean that they are going to eliminate scratches & swirl marks. It's a different process and will cost extra.

If a business tells you they will "detail" your vehicle for a certain amount it's up to you to ask what you are getting for that price. Everything should be itemized to ensure clarity. Because of it there are never questions as to what should or should not have been done at the end of the detail. It makes it easy for me and easy for them.

I love my job as much as I did the first day I started. Seeing a vehicle go from a-to-z is a great feeling. And the smile that I receive from my customers is priceless.

This is just food-for-thought: For most individuals the vehicle that you have is your largest investment. Doesn't it make sense to protect it?
