Casey Anthony Files for Bankruptsy

Casey Anthony filed Chapter 7 this past Friday in a Florida court.

Anthony who has no income says she owes approximately $800,000 to about 80 creditors.

Among her debts:

• $500,000 to lead defense attorney Jose Baez
• $145,660 to the Orange County Sheriff's Office
• $68,540 to the IRS

Tina Turner to Become a Swiss Citizen

Tina Turner has decided to renounce her U.S. citizenship to become a citizen of Switzerland.

Turner has been living in Zurich since the mid 90s.

Switzerland officials have already decided to grant Turner's request for citizenship.

Dwight Leaving The Lakers

According to Laker reporter Mike Bresnahan, a man who spends everyday of every week following and covering the team, Dwight Howard staying with the Lakers after this season isn't looking very promising.

Of course this is one reporter giving his opinion but again he's right there in the trenches with them.

Howard will be a free agent at the end of the season with the ability to sign with any team he desires.

There's also talk of blowing up the team and trading away future Hall of Fame players.

Not looking good in Laker-town.

They'll eventually figure things out. They always do!

Dwight Howard Re-Injures Right Shoulder

Los Angeles starting center Dwight Howard re-aggravates his right shoulder in the 2nd quarter against the Memphis Grizzlies and would not return.

Howard was 0-4 shooting but score two free-throws before leaving the game.

After leaving the game the Lakers seemed to have lost their energy and their ability to control the paint.

Howard will be re-evaluated this coming Thursday.

49ers Are Going to Super Bowl 47

The San Francisco 49ers come from being down 17-0 to the Atlanta Falcons and earn their ticket to Super Bowl 47 in St. Louis February 3, 2013.

It was a collective team effort but favorite play makers  of the game included Collin Kaepernick, Frank Gore, Michael Crabtree and Vernon Davis.

Although being down 17-0 early in the game 2nd year quarterback Collin Kaepernick kept his cool and led his to to victory.

The last Super Bowl appearance for the 49ers dates back to 1994 where they took on and beat the San Diego Chargers.

The 49ers have five Super Bowl appearances and hold a perfect record.

I have no doubt they they will keep their winning streak alive by beating the Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl 47 2013.

It's going to be a great game and the first time two brothers meat up as opposing head coaches in the Super Bowl.

The Los Angeles Kings Finally Raise Their Banner

After a 3 month delay, due to the lockout,  the Los Angeles Kings were finally able to raise their 2011-2012 Championship Banner today at Staples Center.

The celebration didn't last long at all as the Kings take the ice in their first game of the season but fall short 5-2 to the Chicago Blackhawks.

The Kings score 2-in-a-row after being down 4-0  but weren't able to score again.
