Yasil Puig Is a Beast! Taking Baseball by Storm!

baseball

I Must Say He's My Favorite Player in Baseball

The game of baseball has a new superstar in the making by the name of Yasil Puig and the Los Angeles Dodgers have him.

This 22 year-old phenom is already putting up record breaking stats and he hasn't even played 30 games in the Major League.

He's already created a big buzz in the world of baseball and I'm quite sure opposing pitchers and coaches are making whatever adjustments they can in attempts to slow him down.

baseball

To date his impressive stats are: .442 (AVD) / 7 (HR) / 14 (RBI) / .476 (OBP). He is 6-3 and weighs 245lbs. Not only is he well known for the home runs he quickly piling up but he has one heck of an arm throwing from the right field. Born on December 7, 1990 in Palmira, Cuba, this young rising star has a very promising future ahead of him.

Dodger Baseball

As we all know the Los Angeles Dodgers have definitely struggled this 2013 baseball season. With many injuries and under-performing players, this season has been uncommon compared to some of our fast starts we've had in recent seasons.

But Yasil Puig alone has brought excitement and hope back to Dodger Stadium. With a healthy Matt Kemp back in the line-up and playing like we're used to seeing him play, this is going to be one team to look out for.
baseball

I need to make it to the park and see this man play live in action. Watching it on TV is one thing but being there having Dodger Dogs, peanuts and beer is another. GO BLUE!

Making the Best of My Facebook Profile

facebook

Why Are You On Facebook?

I was first introduced to Facebook through a lifetime friend a few years back at a get together at my sister's house. She informed me that most everyone we know is on it and it will be a good tool to market my detailing business.

Being the business man that I am my first of interest wasn't only to reunite with old classmates, but to expose them to my detailing business.

Once I signed up and connected with a few people I normally see from one occasion to another, the flood gates were opened up with friend request from people I hadn't heard from or seen in decades.

It was a great felling to reunite with them. I began to think less of promoting my detailing business but to enjoy the ride of the reunions that I was getting from Facebook. Isn't that special?

As time went on I soon discovered the many different reasons why people were using Facebook. While others, such as myself, made it obvious that we were primarily using it for business purposes, others were using it for send silly play game request and to ask you to try this or that.

It's all good though. I'm not knocking anyone for what they do on Facebook because it's their profile and they can do as they please.

I didn't join Facebook to play games so please stop with the game request!

I've Gotten Great Business Connections Through Facebook

I now have new business connections not only for my detailing business but I've also joined two other businesses because of them.

Joining Facebook has made a change in my life for the better.

1st Day of Summer

summer

Summer Is Here!

"Cause it's summer, Summer Time Is Here" "Yes it's summer, My Time of Year" I just had to start this blog off with the chorus of a song sung by the group WAR, because I love the song and I love the summer season.

The summer season is finally upon us. It's time to fire up the grill, go to the beach or the park with friends and family, enjoy the rides at amusement parks, see blockbuster movies, go to a concert or even take a relaxing vacation. Whatever your pleasure, summer is the best time to do it!
summer
We work our butts off all year long, so why not take a break and just enjoy you? Get out there and have fun under the sun! Another great thing about the summer is that we have that extra time of sun before it goes down.

Having a good BBQ get together, whether it's at a home or park, going to amusement parks to ride all the crazy rides and checking out the summer blockbuster movies are my most favorite summer activities.

And today would be the perfect day to do some of those things because the temperature is just right for it, but instead, I'm in here writing a blog about it.

Enjoy Your Summer Everyone!

Be safe and make it a good one.

I Love Social Networking

The Online Social Networking Scene

Since I've been online marketing the different businesses I'm a part of I've had the pleasure of meeting several like-minded individuals from all walks of life. Some of them are marketing the same business as I am while others are marketing something totally different.

I spend most of my time networking on Facebook, so that's where I meet the majority of them. Now I'm trying to network more on Twitter and now Google+. These three have heavy amounts of traffic and excellent for promoting your brand or yourself. I love social networking because it gives you the ability to meet, network with & establish friendships with people from all around the world right from your computer. I think that's something special.

The funny part about networking online is that when you meet another person who's marketing their brand, both parties are more than likely thinking about getting the other involved in what they are doing. I know that's what I'm thinking. It's just a matter of who makes the first move.

Together you have the conversation of I do this and I do that, just waiting for them to take the bait and inquire more about what you are doing and if it's profitable for you. Once they ask, it's time to roll up your sleeves and give them your best pitch. Sometimes it works in your favor while other times it doesn't.

I normally don't bring what I do up unless they ask. Even if neither of the two is able to get the other involved in what they are doing, it's always cool to meet another person who's doing something positive instead of sending sill play this game request and posting a bunch of garbage that doesn't mean anything.

Social Networking Has Its Benefits

By meeting new friends and networking with them I've learned a lot from some of them that has actually helped me to grow as a business man as well as creating a bond that goes beyond business. It's all good and I'm glad to have them as my new online buddies!

I Blog To Make Money

blog

I'm Going To Blog My Way To Success

I was first introduced to The Empower Network though a young lady on Facebook while I was in and out of some of the business type groups on Facebook trying to connect with someone and introduce them to my new cell phone provider Solavei.

Now I noticed her profile picture at the top of these groups..........Because she's kinda' cute. I can't remember how we actually connected, whether if she commented on one of my post or if I commented on one of hers, but either way we started a conversation.

After going back and forth with each of us telling each other the different businesses we're in, she mentioned The Empower Network and that she makes money by blogging. I knew people make money by blogging and informed her that I have a blog on Google.

She then informed me that since I like to blog I could get way more exposure by blogging through The Empower Network as well build a business with an unlimited amount of residual income being directly deposited into my account possibly every day, every hour and every minute.

Well that sounded like a great idea since I'm already blogging. So she sent me her splash page/blog which has a video presentation on it that explains their concept and how it all works. I was completely blown away because I saw the vision and didn't hesitate to pull out my credit card and pay the small $25 for their blogging product/tool. The entire set up didn't take long at all and within minutes I was set up and ready to go.

The great thing about the $25 I paid to blog on their system goes directly to the young lady that brought me in. That's 100% commissions paid directly from my card into her account, in real time, without having to wait. That's with any of the products I buy, 100% goes directly into her account. The Empower Network doesn't receive a cent of it. Have you ever heard that before?

Why I Blog Through The Empower Network

I now blog through The Empower Network because of the massive worldwide amount of traffic their platform receives. You can blog about whatever you desire. If you have another business outside of The Empower Network you can blog and promote your business. So you may get a new customer, make a sale because of your blog.

Here's how it works:

You should always start your blog by choosing a highly searched keyword. Once you find one, write your blog based around it. Blog every day and in time some of your blogs will hit the first page of Google.

When a person goes online and does a search that contains your keyword(s), there's a possibility that they may go to your blog if it's on the first page of Google, watch the same video that convinced me to join and sign up themselves.

That's the power of blogging through The Empower Network and why I blog through it. I still have the Google Blogger account. I just simply paste my blog from The Empower Network into it along with my splash page link from them, giving me double the exposure.

It's a very powerful platform. Check out the video at the top of this blog and find out for yourself. I'm glad I did.

Your Lies Will Hurt You In The End

lies

So You're On A Campaign To Spread Lies About Me

As I was working on my computer this past Monday morning I received an email from Yelp informing me that I just received a new review for my business Aaron's Mobile Detailing. In then proceed to go to my Yelp profile to see what type of review did I receive. All along I was wondering if it was going to be from a recent job from a new or regular customer. Once I pulled my profile up I noticed that it was a one-star review from a name that I did not recognize.

In this person's review they stated that they just saw me cut a young lady off in traffic, get out of my vehicle and commence to go off one her, yelling and screaming at her. They also advised others not to do business with me. My first thought was "What the heck is this?" There's no way this person saw me because the new vehicle that I'm working out doesn't have any of my business information on it as of yet. And I was at home at the time. My second thought was "This has to be a hater. Someone in the same line of work such as I spreading lies on me because they are jealous seeing me doing so well."

The funny part of it is that I didn't get too uptight about it. I applaud all the haters out there because it means I'm doing something right. When I first started my detailing business I used to go online & watch and study other businesses that seemed to be doing well and try to find out what they were doing to keep themselves ahead of the game. I looked up to them because I knew that's where I wanted to be.

After reading the review I decided to send this person a private message. I informed them that there's no way they could've seen me and that I thought that they where someone in the same line of work or working for someone in the same line of work. I also informed them if so; they really need to reconsider their occupation if they have to stoop so low spreading lies about their competitor. The last thing I noted to them was that I was going to report them to Yelp.

Now you'd think that my reply would be enough to make this person stop what they were doing. I don't think so, not this person.

Today I get an email from the BBB informing me that this person filed a complaint with Aaron's Mobile Detailing with the same story. They also told the BBB that they were going to blast me across the internet telling others not to do business with me.

I realized then that this person is on a campaign to bring down Aaron's Mobile Detailing. The BBB gives you the chance to respond to any complaint your business may receive. I put on my boxing gloves and definitely took advantage of the opportunity.

Be Careful With Your Lies Because They May Backfire On You

I quickly responded and gave the BBB my side of the story. Since this persons contact information was listed on the file I decided to send them an email informing them that if they kept this up I was definitely going to sue them for defamation of character. I'm no lawyer but I think it will be an easy victory for me. We'll see what happens next.
