Katt Williams: In The Spotlight Again

Katt Williams was arrested this past Friday in his Los Angeles area home on suspicion of felony child endangerment.   

 He was taken to the LAPD's Valley Jail in Van Nuys.

Details of the alleged acts are generally kept confidential when it involves minors.

This hasn't been a good year for Katt. He has had many brushes with the law including: gun violation, driving issue, bar fight, arrest after a stand-up show, parking infraction and a hotel disturbance.

I wish the best for my brother and hope the new year brings him peace and calm.

Loose Something? Tiny Tracking Stickers Will Find It

A series of Bluetooth-powered stickers have just been created that will track down items you have misplaced. The stickers are called StickNFind.

These innovative stickers are about he size of a U.S. quarter and sync with a smartphone app. Their range is approximately 100 feet

Here's how they work:

The items you tag with the stickers are displayed on the apps screen, which will let you know how far away you are from them.

When you've misplaced something that has been tagged, all you have to do is tap that item on the screen of your phone and the sticker will buzz and light up from that point.

It's just that easy.

The estimated time for the first batch of stickers to be released is March 2013.

I don't misplace a lot but these great new stickers can aid in the times that I do.

I'm definitely going to buy myself a pack once released.

U.S. Military Commander of the 1st Gulf War Dies at 78

The commander of the U.S. forces during the 1991 Gulf War (Operation Desert Storm), H. Norman Schwarzkopf, has died at the age of 78. He was in Tampa, Florida.

Operation Desert Storm lasted just over a month as U.S.  military forced Saddam Hussein's soldiers out of Kuwait.

Schwarzkopf was tagged with the nickname "Stormin' Normin" during the war.

The cause of his death is unclear at this point.
